If you are aged under 13, you will to create your account on the app, and you’ll need permission from your parent/guardian.
What kinds of videos can I submit?
You can submit one video between 1-3 minutes long. We support MP4, MOV and HEVC file types. Maximum file size is 2GB.

Your video can show you playing in a match, or show you practising a skill that you want to improve on, or both. You can see examples of match videos and skills videos in the Video Guidelines.

You can choose to submit one clip showing 1-3 minutes of continuous footage, or a compilation of several shorter clips stitched together.

Please make sure you have permission to use any videos you send to us, and if your video shows any other players, make sure you have their permission too.
How can I make sure I submit a good quality video?
Avoid uploading videos that are low resolution, blurry, too dark, or filmed from far away. You should be clearly visible in the video, and the video should focus on you.

To make the most of your feedback, make sure your video includes examples of the things you want to improve on. You’ll also need to tell us what you want to improve on when you upload your video.

If you upload a video showing you training, make sure your whole body is in the shot. If your training drill includes any cones, markers, targets or other players, include them in the shot too.

If you upload match footage, try to include clips that show you both on and off the ball, so that the coach can give feedback on your positioning. When you upload the video you’ll be asked to tell us which player you are.

If your video is poor quality due to problems with the file or the upload process, we will contact you and ask you to resubmit your video or submit a new one.
Who will analyse my video?
You choose which Academy will analyse your video! You can choose from Fulham FC, Queens Park Rangers FC or Peterborough United FC.

Your video will be reviewed by a qualified professional coach who is currently employed in an active coaching role by the Academy that you choose. All of the coaches are specialists in top-level youth football.
What if my favourite Academy is sold out?
Analysing your videos and giving you personalised feedback takes time, and the Academy coaches only have a limited number of time slots to allocate.

Sometimes, one or more Academies’ slots might be full, and so we will temporarily suspend the ability to purchase feedback from a particular Academy until they have availability again.

If your preferred Academy is unavailable, you can check back at a later date or consider purchasing from one of our other Academies as they all offer world class advice and are currently training Academy players who compete at the highest level.
How much does it cost?
Coach Feedback costs £25 for Peterborough United, £35 for Queens Park Rangers, and £45 for Fulham. This is a one-off payment that allows you to submit one video and receive one feedback video in return.
